Get Heads Up is a free, independent project from Amsterdam. We collect as little as possible.
No accounts, no cookies
You don’t sign up, and we don’t set cookies or track you across sites. The watch-along timer runs entirely in your browser.
Visitor numbers
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits, pages and countries. It works without cookies and doesn’t identify you.
Hosting
The site runs on Cloudflare. Like any web host, it processes your IP address to deliver pages and block attacks. We don’t store or look at these.
Reports, suggestions and messages
When you send a report, suggestion or message, or email us, we store it in a private list on GitHub, so we can fix times, add titles and reply. We don’t ask for your name. Please don’t include personal details you don’t want us to have.
Donations
If you donate, the payment is handled by Ko-fi and Stripe, not by us. We only receive the amount and whatever details they share with us, which we keep for our bookkeeping.
Your rights
Want something you sent removed, or have a question? Send us a message or email [email protected]. If you leave an email address so we can reply, we only use it for that.
